Simplicity Tip of the Week

If you’re ever making a chicken recipe for the Instant Pot or slow cooker, I highly recommend you use chicken thighs. Not only are they cheaper, but they’re so much more forgiving when it comes to cook time. They won’t dry out like chicken breasts will. Even if you’re not a dark meat girl, try using them in soups and stews. You might be surprised by how much you like them.
