Shipping Info & Return Policy

Orders typically ship in 3-4 business days. HOWEVER, during our big Spring and Fall Launch Days, Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, and other big sale times, orders can take 3-4 weeks to ship because we are handling a high volume of orders. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

We currently do not accept returns. If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at Hello@EmilyLey.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a replacement item! Any orders that are returned to our warehouse without authorization will not receive a refund or credit. Please note that we are not able to refund, replace or offer shop credit for any Emily Ley or Simplified products purchased through Target, Staples, or Office Depot, as we do not carry stock of these licensed products. Customers are responsible for directing any and all questions to the applicable retailer.

Intentionally crafted

I bought this insert for the Mint Baby Book that I purchased as a gift for my very best friend. I thought it was delicately and tastefully put together. It paid homage to the long and sometimes painful road that led to Baby without dwelling on negative moments and emotions. Thank you, Emily, for pouring yourself into the details of this insert!

Love this!

I especially love the extra sonogram pages. It's clear that they really thought about how infertility pregnancies are different and took that into account in making the page set. Since we get more early ultrasounds, there are more pages for them. A really thoughtful touch.
