Temporary International Shipping Restrictions
As the world continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19, new policies are rapidly being put in place to minimize the spread. Our shipping partner has informed us of a few new restrictions that have been enacted:
- USPS has announced additional mail disruptions for international postal services. USPS packages sent to these locations will be affected. See the full list of all international service disruptions here.
- A number of carriers are suspending the service of Signature Upon Delivery to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Carriers include, but are not limited to: Australia Post, Canada Post, FedEx, New Zealand Post, and PostNL.
- The Department of Homeland Security travel restrictions to Canada and Mexico that have been put into place do not apply to trade or cargo. We are still shipping orders to these countries.
- The CDC, World Health Organization, and Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail, these are merely preventative measures that are being taken by these entities.
**Please note, if you are an international customer in any of the above listed areas, your order will be delayed until these restrictions are lifted and mail service resumes as normal. By choosing to proceed with your order, you agree to these terms for your shipment. Simplified by Emily Ley has no control over how quickly your order will be delivered once it leaves our warehouse.
