Hi friends! Just a little update from us! That’s a WRAP! Gina and I are headed out for the holidays! We’ll be away from our desks beginning Friday, December 20 returning Monday, January 6. During that time we’ll have little email access while we soak up our families and these precious holiday moments that matter so much.

Thank you so much for your love and support of our shop this year. It’s been an incredible one of tremendous growth. While we’re growing like a weed, we’re fiercely dedicated to staying small enough to love on every one of our customers directly, so its important for us to have this time away to refill our tanks – spend the holidays out of our inboxes and wrapped up in our families. Your questions and inquiries are very important to us, so know that if you send us a note, we will be in touch just as soon as we can on Monday, January 6. Here are a few details that might help answer your questions in the meantime:

Shipping + Tracking

All orders placed before our holiday cut-off date (December 6) have been shipped. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, check your SPAM box. Sometimes they go there. Otherwise, just know its on its way and scheduled to arrive before Christmas. If you did receive a tracking number and are having trouble tracking your package, we talked to our incredible friends at the USPS (who have been extraordinarily helpful to us during what we can only imagine is an insanely busy time of year) and understand EVERY package is accounted for and on its way but their online tracking system is operating and updating slowly due to high volume. If you have other questions about your order, we will get back to you right away on January 6 to answer questions, fix problems and help with order placement. Our customers mean the world to us, so we are always here to help! :)

Simplified Planners®

All Simplified Planners® orders (excluding pre-orders which are scheduled to ship before Valentine’s Day 2014) are also on their way (hooray!). Should you have a questions about your tracking, see above. Should you have a question about your planner after you received it, we’ll be sure and get back to you just as soon as we can on January 6 to help answer any questions. Because USPS is so inundated right now, we have had a few damaged in shipping (sadly this does happen sometimes even though USPS tries their best to love on our packages as much as we do) and we are happy to ship a replacement to you when we return (don’t fret!)
