3 Healthy (and Yummy!) Snacks

Sometimes you just need a healthy little pick me up to get you through the rest of the day. And sometimes you feel like you're running around in circles trying to find a healthy, quick snack that your kiddos will actually eat. Look no further! We're sharing three of our very favorite healthy snacks with you today-- ones that actually taste good, too! Enjoy! :) 


1) Cascadian Farm's Organic Granola: This granola beats others, in our opinion, because it is low in sugar and high in nutrients! It's also certified organic, so you can feel good about what you're putting into your body. 

2) Individual Hummus Packs: You can never go wrong with hummus! We love the individually packaged portions for snacks on the go. They're also great for throwing into lunch boxes on a busy morning! 

3) Frozen Banana Ice Cream: Your whole family will LOVE this chocolate ice cream made with bananas. Freeze some bananas and throw them in the blender with some cocoa powder until it's nice and creamy. That's it!! You can also add peanut butter, a finely chopped dark chocolate bar, or nuts to it for more flavor options. Our favorite part? You can eat as much ice cream as you want, since it's so nutritious!
