How do you take care of yourself so that you’re physically and mentally prepared to be your best self for others?
I keep physical fitness at the forefront. I know I won't be giving my best self to others if I am not taking care of my body so I do my best to be active every single day-- whether that is lifting weights, a spin class, or just a run around my neighborhood. To prepare myself mentally, I make sure I put the Bible and reading before anything else in my day. I've worked hard to create boundaries and balance in my life so I am able to shut off and be with the people I love at the end of each day.
What is one tradition or routine that’s really important to you / your family? And why?
Every Monday night, a group of about 13 girlfriends and I all get together. We used to watch the Bachelorette (we still do when it is in season) but we quickly realized the community is much more important than the TV Show. It's funny how much we prioritize Monday nights to be together, grow together, and spur one another on. It's a crazy cool community and I am so honored that we get to do life together every Monday.

2) Evernote- I have fallen in love with this tool as a organizational system.
3) Chemex- wouldn't have my coffee any other way :)
4) Kettlebells- my favorite way to work out!
5) Spotify Premium- I am a sucker for a good playlist.
6) Basically anything Free People- all their products are gorgeous.
